The Ship of Fools offers a variety of fine dining options, including a seasonal
menu in our waterside dining room and a menu of lighter fare in our historic tavern
and outside patio. Our Ship of Fools dining service celebrates the wealth of locally
grown foods using the freshest ingredients and making virtually all components of
our menu from scratch. With this in mind, our chef marries classical culinary technique
with the bounty from Penn Cove and our own Captain Whidbey garden to bring a new
approach to year-round regional cuisine.
